Scott Wirth, representing godsoftraffic.com, an independent online platform participating in a CMTE airdrop campaign

Terms of Agreement

As part of a promotional airdrop campaign, the CMTE community has reserved 300,000 CMTE for GodsOfTraffic.com.

The reserved CMTE is designated exclusively for use on GodsOfTraffic.com, in accordance with their platform’s terms and conditions.

GodsOfTraffic.com may utilize the 300,000 CMTE for activities on their platform, such as rewarding users or facilitating transactions, as governed by their own policies.

The reserved CMTE will be transferred into the designated Kasware wallet of GodsOfTraffic.com. The representative of GodsOfTraffic.com, and the Kasware wallet associated with GodsOfTraffic.com, carries the sole and full responsibility over this Kasware wallet.

The reserved CMTE will be transferred in three (3) phases: 3 x 100,000 CMTE

The first transfer of 100,000 CMTE is to be completed on June 9, 2025. This first transfer, only, is accompanied by a transfer of 10 Kaspa (KAS) to facilitate CMTE distribution into the Kasware wallets of the members of GodsOfTraffic.com.

The two (2) remaining transfers will each be completed when a previous amount of 100,000 CMTE has been distributed to the members of GodsOfTraffic.com. The details of the two (2) remaining transfers will be included in this agreement, below, once each transfer has been completed.

This agreement commences on June 9, 2025, and remains in effect without a specific expiration date.

This agreement may be terminated at the sole discretion of the CMTE community or its authorized representative(s). Additionally, this agreement will automatically terminate if GodsOfTraffic.com ceases its operations (e.g., dissolution, bankruptcy, or cessation of business activities). Upon termination, any remaining CMTE funds in GodsOfTraffic.com’s Kasware wallet(s) must be transferred back into the Kasware wallet managed by CMTEcoin.com or its authorized representative(s), as listed below:

This agreement ensures CMTE is used to enhance engagement on GodsOfTraffic.com, supporting CMTE’s adoption in the global affiliate marketing and crypto currencies industries.

All parties to this agreement commit to the advancement of CMTE – the KRC-20 token, and the CMTE community, within their capacities.

All parties confirm to have published a copy of this agreement on a publicly accessible webpage on their respective platforms: godsoftraffic.com and cmtecoin.com.

By publishing a copy of this agreement on their respective platforms, all parties accept the terms of this agreement.
