To send your payment in CMTE you also need the receiver’s Kasware wallet address. To send any CMTE amount you need a minimum balance of 5 KAS (Kaspa currency) in your Kasware wallet address. This minimum balance ensures that your transaction fees (~0.0003 KAS) are covered.

Why do I need Kaspa (KAS) to buy CMTE?
CMTE was minted on the Kaspa blockDAG, all transactions on the blockDAG are paid in KAS. This is similar to buying tokens on the Etherium (ETH) blockchain, where all transactions are paid in ETH. However, KAS transactions are often 1000s of times cheaper than transactions on any other public ledger infrastructure without compromising security, speed and decentralization.
